Foamex boards - 1mm, 3mm, 5mm & 10mm
Foamex signs are made from heavier grade Foam PVC, which results in a rigid and lightweight, flat sign. Choose from four thicknesses – 1mm*, 3mm*, 5mm and 10mm.
*ENSURE YOU CHOOSE THE CORRECT BOARD!*
The thinner boards are very flexible and brittle when used for large signage but they are fine for fixing to an internal wall or cladding exhibition shell schemes. 1mm is not recommended over A2 sizes, 3mm is not recommended over A1 sizes. 5mm is the standard – perfect for signs. 10mm is great when extra rigidity is required but is heavier so consider aluminium composite instead.
Commonly used for interior signage, retail signs, menu boards, exhibition graphics and shell scheme graphic panels etc. they can be fixed to posts, drilled or screwed to walls. They are recommended to be used indoors but can be used for short-term outdoors signs.
Your design will be printed directly onto the sign with UV stable inks at 1400dpi photographic quality, which gives a stunning professional smooth matt finish. Lamination is available on single sided boards.

- We strongly recommend adding a wood edge framed crate for all signs over 1.5m to protect corners and edges in transit.
